Fees / Bookings
The cost of the service is as follows:
Term Time: £10 per day (if you uptake 5 days per week the cost will be £40 per week).
Holiday Time: £15 per day (if you uptake 5 days per week the cost will be £65 per week).
In-service Days: £15 per day
Primary One Club: £10 per day (if you uptake 5 days per week the cost will be£40 per week).

Costs of Breakfast Club
The cost of the service is as follows:
7.45am start + breakfast and walked to school:  £3
8am start + breakfast and walked to school:   £2

Term Time Service
Booking for this service should be made in advance.  They must be for specific days during term time.  This means if you book for example Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays then the cost would be £30 per week and you will have the use of these days.  If you go on holiday during term time, or if your child is off sick, or the school closes i.e. due to bad weather you are still required to pay for this service.

Payment
Payment for this service must be paid in advance on your child’s first day each week.  If you wish to cancel your place 2 full weeks’ notice is required.

Holiday Service
The bookings are on a first come first served basis with your first two weeks of fee’s to be paid at the time of booking.  Again 2 full week’s cancellation notice period is required.  During the holiday booking period you will be issued a diary to enable you to request specific days.  This service is open to all so it is important to get your booking in quickly as bookings are on a first come basis.
During the holidays we offer a varied programme including trips to the cinema, parks, ten pin bowling etc and the programme is very much devised from the input of the children themselves.
The children should bring a packed lunch with them when using this service.  They should wear appropriate clothing – sun hats during summer and rain jackets in case of showers.  Please remember to apply sun cream during the summer before your child comes in and also encourage them to carry it and reapply as necessary.  When using the holiday service you will be given a booklet with more detailed information.
