Staff

The Manager, Miss Sandra Duffy, holds an HNC, PDA in Childcare and Education and will qualify from the University of Glasgow in June 2012 with a BA Childhood Practice.  Sandra has numerous years working at management level in nurseries and many years' experience working in the playrooms. 
The nursery staff focus on providing fun and education.  All staff engage in skilful and sensitive interactions with children to support their learning whilst ensuring they develop as an individual.  The staff engage in continuous professional development ensuring that children are supported, challenged and nurtured by professionals.  The commitment, enthusiasm and ability to observe, plan and reflect on and in practice enables them to identify and meet individual care, learning and additional needs.
We work with other organisations including local schools and teachers, sharing good practice models whilst our partnership with Renfrewshire Council provides access to the best possible opportunities for our child.
